Personal financial information is requested by PayPal when the user purchases artwork through this site. A user must also provide pertinent information (such as name, address, email, phone, etc.) so that we can ship their order in a timely fashion. All personal financial information provided to PayPal remains encrypted on their site and is not accessible to us. Please note: Users are not required to open a PayPal account in order to make a credit card purchase on this site.
Currently, we do not collect or store information using cookies, log files, clear gifs, and/or third parties to create a profile of our users, but we reserve the right to add this function in the future.
Special Offers and Updates
Established customers may occasionally receive communications from Mary Pettis (i.e., announcements, workshops, exhibitions, etc.). Out of respect for the privacy of our users, we present the option to not receive these types of communications. Please see the Choice and Opt-out sections.
